While the badge on our website represents an important visual milestone, the real transformation has happened beneath the surface, where the audit process forced us to question and strengthen every layer of our daily operations to raise our security standards.
One of the deepest lessons of this journey has been understanding that information security is not a strictly technological challenge to be solved with servers or encryption, but a collective mindset shift. What we initially envisioned as a series of technical controls became a cultural challenge, where real success came from integrating security into the day-to-day of every area, transforming the perception of data protection: from being seen as a rigid process to being understood as the asset that guarantees our trust and stability.
